duties

The Vice President shall in the absence or incapacity of the President; perform the duties of the President and assume the office of the President in the event of the President's resignation. The Vice President shall also serve on other committees as designated by the Board and sign with the President all contracts and documents. The Vice President shall keep records of all proceedings of the Board and every yearly General Membership Meeting. The Vice President shall also supervise all correspondence and the preparation and revisions of all publications of the Moorish National Republic of Peace.
