CHAPTER XXIX

MAGISTRATE AND SUBJECT

1. 0 thou, the favorite of Heaven, whom the sons of men, thy equals, have agreed to raise to sovereign power and set as a ruler over themselves; consider the ends and importance of their trust, fax more than the dignity and height of thy station.

2. Thou art clothed in purple, and seated on a throne; the crown of majesty investeth thy temples, the sceptre of power is placed in thy hand; but not for thyself were these ensigns given; not meant for thine own, but the good of thy kingdom.

3. The glory of a king is the welfare of his people; his power and dominion rest on the hearts of his subjects.

4. The mind of a great prince is exalted with the grandeur of his situation; he evolveth high

things, and searcheth for business worthy of his power.

5. He calleth together the wise men of his kingdom; he consulteth among them with freedom, and heareth the opinions of them all.

6. He looketh among his people with discernment; he discovereth the abilities of men, and employeth them according to their merits.

7. His magistrates are just, his ministers are wise, and the favorite of his bosom deceiveth him not.

8. He smileth on the arts, and they flourish; the sciences improve beneath the culture of his hand.

9. With the learned and ingenious he delighteth himself; he kindleth in their breasts emulation;

and the glory of his kingdom is exalted by their labors.

10. The spirit of the merchant who extendeth his commerce, the skill of the farmer who

enricheth his lands, the ingenuity of the artists, the improvements of the scholar; all these he

honoreth with his favor, or rewardeth with his bounty.

11. He planteth new colonies, he buildeth strong ships, he openeth rivers for convenience, he formeth harbors for safety, his people abound in riches, and the strength of his kingdom increaseth.

12. He frameth his statutes with equity and wisdom; his subjects enjoy the fruits of their labor in security; and their happiness consists of the observance of the law.

13. He foundeth his judgments on the principle of mercy; but in the punishment of offenders, he is strict and impartial.

14. His ears are open to the complaints of his subjects; he restraineth the hands of their oppressors, and he delivereth them from their tyranny.

15. His people, therefore, look up to him as a father, with reverence and love; they consider him as the guardian of all they enjoy.

16. Their affection unto him begetteth in his breast a love of the public; the security of their happiness is the object of his care.

17. No murmurs against him arise in their hearts; the machinations of his enemies endanger not the state.

18. His subjects are faithful, and firm in his cause; they stand in his defense, as a wall of brass;

the army of a tyrant flieth before them, as chaff before the wind.

19. Security and peace bless the dwelling of his people; and glory and strength encircle his throne forever.

Moorish National Republic of Peace (M.N.R.P.), founded June 19, 2020, is a self-governing Moorish Religious Society, Religious Order, and cultural national body established to preserve Moorish faith, Moroccan heritage, ancestral identity, community, and posterity under the principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice.

M.N.R.P. governs its internal religious and organizational affairs through its Constitution, Supreme Religious Council, Grand Wazir, Court of Justice, Provinces, and established ministries. Its sovereignty is religious, ecclesiastical, cultural, and internal, exercised through the voluntary association of its members and in harmony with applicable law.

M.N.R.P. recognizes qualified members as Moroccan Nationals of the M.N.R.P. Religious Order. This status represents their religious, cultural, ancestral, and organizational identity and does not automatically replace their civil citizenship. Members born in the United States and subject to its jurisdiction are nationals and citizens of the United States and citizens of the State wherein they reside, unless that citizenship has otherwise been lawfully lost or relinquished.

As a Moroccan Government-in-Exile in the historical, religious, cultural, and organizational sense, M.N.R.P. preserves Moorish national identity and institutions without claiming that its property constitutes independent territory or that membership creates exemption from applicable federal or state law.

M.N.R.P. exists to educate, organize, protect, and advance its people through religious instruction, cultural preservation, family development, lawful enterprise, property and trust administration, charitable service, civic participation, and community development.

We preserve our heritage, govern our Religious Society, educate our people, and build for our posterity—peacefully, lawfully, and with firm reliance upon Divine Providence.

How to Identify a Moroccan National or Citizen of M.N.R.P.

A Moroccan National or Citizen of the Moorish National Republic of Peace (M.N.R.P.) is identified through the M.N.R.P. National Registry and official credentials issued under its Constitution and Public Laws. These credentials may include an M.N.R.P. National Identification Card,

National Identification Card, passport-style credential, operator license, vehicle registration, or official ministerial credential.

These documents establish a person's membership, religious and cultural national status, office, or internal authority within M.N.R.P. They are internal credentials of the Religious Society and shall not be represented as passports, driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, or diplomatic documents issued or recognized by the United States or another civil government unless independently recognized by competent authority. This distinction is consistent with M.N.R.P.'s amended laws governing its internal credentials.

M.N.R.P. passports, licenses, vehicle plates, and related credentials may be enforced according to M.N.R.P. rules upon property lawfully owned, leased, held in trust, operated, or controlled by M.N.R.P., to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not replace government credentials required for public highways, international travel, or other activities regulated by civil law.

M.N.R.P. members born in the United States and subject to its jurisdiction remain nationals and citizens of the United States and citizens of the State wherein they reside, unless that citizenship has otherwise been lawfully lost or relinquished. Their status as Moroccan Nationals of M.N.R.P. represents their additional religious, cultural, ancestral, and organizational identity within the Religious Society.

M.N.R.P. therefore recognizes both the lawful civil status of its members and their voluntary Moroccan National identity within the Moorish National Republic of Peace.

SERVICES PROVIDED TO NATIONALS AND CITIZENS

Moorish National Republic of Peace Religious Society provides services designed to strengthen the religious, cultural, civic, educational, economic, and family development of its Nationals and Citizens. These include:

  • Nationalization & Repatriation — recognition of Moorish heritage, national registration, oaths, and M.N.R.P. credentials.
  • Religious & Cultural Education — instruction in Moorish history, faith, heritage, constitutional principles, and community responsibilities.
  • Civic & Leadership Development — preparation for community leadership, public service, voting, civic participation, and lawful engagement with government.
  • Court & Dispute Resolution — internal hearings, mediation, arbitration, and resolution of matters lawfully submitted to M.N.R.P. institutions.
  • Trust & Estate Support — education, recordkeeping, and lawful administration of trusts, estates, family property, and assets voluntarily placed under M.N.R.P. institutions.
  • Family & Community Assistance — charitable support, youth and family programs, community development, agriculture, food security, and assistance to members in need.
  • Travel & Internal Credentials — M.N.R.P. identification and travel-related credentials for internal organizational purposes, without replacing government documents required by applicable law.
  • Advocacy & Lawful Assistance — preservation of records, education concerning rights and responsibilities, petitions, referrals, and lawful advocacy for Nationals and Citizens. The Repatriation Act expressly authorizes M.N.R.P. to provide cultural restoration services, education, advocacy, trust/property administration by consent, and internal tribunals or arbitration consistent with applicable law.

Our purpose is not simply to issue credentials—it is to build educated, disciplined, economically capable, civically active families and communities while preserving Moorish faith, heritage, and identity for future generations.
