CHAPTER XXIX
MAGISTRATE AND SUBJECT
1. 0 thou, the favorite of Heaven, whom the sons of men, thy equals, have agreed to raise to sovereign power and set as a ruler over themselves; consider the ends and importance of their trust, fax more than the dignity and height of thy station.
2. Thou art clothed in purple, and seated on a throne; the crown of majesty investeth thy temples, the sceptre of power is placed in thy hand; but not for thyself were these ensigns given; not meant for thine own, but the good of thy kingdom.
3. The glory of a king is the welfare of his people; his power and dominion rest on the hearts of his subjects.
4. The mind of a great prince is exalted with the grandeur of his situation; he evolveth high
things, and searcheth for business worthy of his power.
5. He calleth together the wise men of his kingdom; he consulteth among them with freedom, and heareth the opinions of them all.
6. He looketh among his people with discernment; he discovereth the abilities of men, and employeth them according to their merits.
7. His magistrates are just, his ministers are wise, and the favorite of his bosom deceiveth him not.
8. He smileth on the arts, and they flourish; the sciences improve beneath the culture of his hand.
9. With the learned and ingenious he delighteth himself; he kindleth in their breasts emulation;
and the glory of his kingdom is exalted by their labors.
10. The spirit of the merchant who extendeth his commerce, the skill of the farmer who
enricheth his lands, the ingenuity of the artists, the improvements of the scholar; all these he
honoreth with his favor, or rewardeth with his bounty.
11. He planteth new colonies, he buildeth strong ships, he openeth rivers for convenience, he formeth harbors for safety, his people abound in riches, and the strength of his kingdom increaseth.
12. He frameth his statutes with equity and wisdom; his subjects enjoy the fruits of their labor in security; and their happiness consists of the observance of the law.
13. He foundeth his judgments on the principle of mercy; but in the punishment of offenders, he is strict and impartial.
14. His ears are open to the complaints of his subjects; he restraineth the hands of their oppressors, and he delivereth them from their tyranny.
15. His people, therefore, look up to him as a father, with reverence and love; they consider him as the guardian of all they enjoy.
16. Their affection unto him begetteth in his breast a love of the public; the security of their happiness is the object of his care.
17. No murmurs against him arise in their hearts; the machinations of his enemies endanger not the state.
18. His subjects are faithful, and firm in his cause; they stand in his defense, as a wall of brass;
the army of a tyrant flieth before them, as chaff before the wind.
19. Security and peace bless the dwelling of his people; and glory and strength encircle his throne forever.

Moorish National Republic of Peace (M.N.R.P.) is a sovereign theocratic nation-state, established as the Moroccan Government-in-Exile, preserving the unbroken lineage of Moorish sovereignty beyond the current Kingdom of Morocco. It is an independent, self-governing body, bound by divine law, ancestral jurisprudence, and international recognition under the Law of Nations.
Founded on June 19, 2020, M.N.R.P. was created by Moroccan Nationals to uphold the inalienable rights, spiritual sovereignty, and political autonomy of its people. It is governed by the Supreme Religious Council (SRC), with the Grand Wazir serving as Chief Executive and Head of State, ensuring that all Moroccan Nationals retain their right to self-determination.
M.N.R.P. exists entirely separate from foreign corporate governments and is not subject to U.S. statutes, foreign taxation, or regulatory oversight. While it engages in diplomatic relations and economic agreements, it maintains absolute sovereignty over its Nationals, lands, and economic affairs.
As a Moroccan Government-in-Exile, M.N.R.P. operates under its own Constitution, Laws, and Governance Structure, ensuring that no foreign power may impose authority upon its people. It has full jurisdiction over:
M.N.R.P. is not a 501(c)(3) or 508(c)(1)(A) religious organization—it is a sovereign religious government, operating under divine law rather than foreign statutory regulations. Church and State are inherently unified under M.N.R.P. governance, ensuring full autonomy in religious, legal, and national affairs.
The Moroccan Nationals and Citizens of M.N.R.P. are the descendants of the ancient Moors, who were dispersed across the world due to foreign occupation. Many have reclaimed their rightful national identity in the lands modernly known as the Americas.
M.N.R.P. was established to restore and protect the sovereignty of the Moroccan people, ensuring the safety, education, economic power, and spiritual prosperity of its Nationals.
M.N.R.P. remains steadfast in its mission to govern righteously, uphold divine law, and secure recognition as a sovereign Moroccan Nation-State.
We, the People of the Moorish National Republic of Peace, pledge our lives, property, and posterity to the eternal sovereignty of our Nation.

How to identify a Moroccan National or Citizen of M.N.R.P.
The Moorish National Republic of Peace (M.N.R.P.) is a sovereign theocratic nation-state, and all Moroccan Nationals and Citizens are identified by their lawful documentation, diplomatic recognition, and national credentials issued by the Supreme Religious Council (SRC) under the authority of the Grand Wazir.
The Treaty of Peace and Friendship Between Morocco and the United States (1836), Article 4, states:
"A signal, or pass, shall be given to all vessels belonging to both parties, by which they are to be known when they meet at sea: and if the commander of a ship of war of either party shall have other ships under his convoy, the declaration of the Commander shall alone be sufficient to exempt any of them from examination."
In accordance with this principle, the Moorish National Republic of Peace (M.N.R.P.) exercises its sovereign authority to issue official documentation identifying its Nationals and Citizens.
The Supreme Religious Council (SRC), under the authority of the Grand Wazir, issues the following forms of identification for all Moroccan Nationals and Citizens of M.N.R.P.:
1️⃣ National Passport Identification – Recognized as an official document of the M.N.R.P., affirming the bearer’s status as a Moroccan National and Citizen.
2️⃣ National Identification Cards – Issued to all recognized Moroccan Nationals in accordance with their designated Provinces within the M.N.R.P. jurisdiction.
3️⃣ Vessel Identification & Registration – All private vessels, including automobiles, conveyances, and other modes of travel, are registered under the M.N.R.P. Private Trust System and equipped with M.N.R.P. Private Trust Vehicle Plates, identifying them as protected property under M.N.R.P. jurisdiction.
4️⃣ Diplomatic Documents – Nationals engaged in diplomatic or administrative functions may be issued M.N.R.P. diplomatic credentials for recognition in international and intergovernmental matters.
As a sovereign Theocratic Nation-State, M.N.R.P. does not recognize foreign classifications or statutory impositions upon its Nationals. All identification issued by the Moorish National Republic of Peace is governed under:
All Moroccan Nationals and Citizens of the Moorish National Republic of Peace are subject only to the laws and governance of M.N.R.P. and remain free from foreign commercial jurisdiction, licensing, or imposition of statutory obligations
The Moorish National Republic of Peace (M.N.R.P.) is a De Jure, Sovereign Theocratic Government, wherein all political power is inherent in the Moroccan Nationals, and all free governments derive their legitimacy from the authority of the people. As a sovereign nation-state, M.N.R.P. was instituted solely for the benefit, protection, and advancement of its Nationals and Citizens, ensuring that they remain free from colonial subjugation, foreign classification, and commercial exploitation.
The Moorish Nationals of M.N.R.P. recognize that many of their people have been dispossessed of their true national identity and subjected to misnomers such as Black, African-American, Hispanic, Puerto Rican, and Latino, which are legal fictions designed to sever them from their divine birthright, heritage, and sovereign status. Therefore, M.N.R.P. is committed to the decolonization and repatriation of all Moroccan Nationals who have been falsely labeled under foreign systems and to restoring them to their rightful place within their Religious Nation-State.
Moorish people have indispensable collective rights that are necessary for their existence, well-being, and integral development as a sovereign people. These rights include:
Moorish Nationals also retain the inherent right to preserve, revitalize, and transmit their histories, languages, oral traditions, philosophies, sacred knowledge systems, and laws to future generations. M.N.R.P. recognizes and enforces the right of its people to designate and maintain their own names, identities, communities, and geographic territories in accordance with their sovereign will.
The Grand Wazir and the Supreme Religious Council (SRC) shall act as the governing authority to safeguard these collective rights, enforce M.N.R.P. law, and ensure that no foreign power imposes restrictions upon Moroccan Nationals.
M.N.R.P. remains unwavering in its mission to restore, uplift, and empower the Moroccan people, securing their spiritual, political, and economic sovereignty for all future generations.
